The Mission of the Learning Center program has three components:
Provide, free of charge, the highest quality multisensory reading and written language tutorial services for children with dyslexia, through a network of nationally recognized centers of excellence.
Promote and encourage education of tutorial trainees, professionals, and the public, to become resources in teaching children to read.
Advance the body of scientific knowledge of dyslexia though support of clinical research, to improve today’s standards and tomorrow’s care.
Children who have dyslexia view reading as a painful experience. As a result of the services provided by a Center, their attitude toward reading, and of greater importance, toward school and themselves, has been dramatically and positively changed. The Northern Masonic Jurisdiction of the Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite is committed to providing programs to treat childhood dyslexia in individualized, cost-effective and clinically responsible ways.
The Children's Dyslexia Centers, Inc.; A Masonic Charity shares the office of the Valley of Columbus, 32° Masons. The center is located at 290 Cramer Creek Court, Dublin, OH 43017.
