Dyslexia is a learning disability that is treatable. The Children's Dyslexia Centers, Inc.; A Masonic Charity provide one-to-one tutoring during convenient after-school hours at no cost to student, family, school or insurance carrier. Most students complete the program in 2-3 years, having attained or closely approached peer-level reading ability. The tutors, primarily schoolteachers, are specialists in dyslexia remediation.

Dyslexia afflicts some 15% of the population – and the Children's Dyslexia Centers, Inc.; A Masonic Charity are the nation's only free dyslexia-remediation program.
